In 2006, when Jacob was only 10 years old, he and his dad developed JWR (Jacob Wallace Racing) and started racing Bandoleros all over Georgia. After racing bandits for 2 years he was  qualified to race Legends cars. He started 4th in his first Legend race, led all 20 laps and eventually won the race. With a few more wins that season he won the Charger’s Division Championship. When Jacob turned thirteen he moved out of Legends and started racing in the Pro Challenge series. Immediately realizing their success in Pro Challenge, JWR started racing not just in Georgia but in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida too.

With Bryan Sharp as his crew chief in Pro Challenge Jacob has always finished in the top three and has won many races. Still at thirteen, Jacob raced in his first Pro Late Model race at the Lanier  National Speedway 2010 Speed fest. Because of problems during qualifying he started 28th but came through and finished the race in 16th. For the next two years JWR will focus on racing Pro Challenge and Pro Late Models.
